What Information do we Collect?
In general, Praedium does not collect personally identifiable information about visitors (the “User Information”) to its Site. Praedium does, however, collect User Information from users of the Site who access special services available only through the Member Login / Registration page. Users of these special services must agree to different and/or additional terms and conditions before being granted access to these additional services.
We do maintain a log with information regarding traffic to this Site, including without limitation IP addresses (a computer’s numerical Internet address), visitors’ domain names, the type of web browsers used, the pages viewed, and other information customarily gathered about visitors to a website. However, any such logged information is in aggregate form, and we cannot and will not associate this information with a specific visitor. In other words, you will remain anonymous. We use log information to improve our website.

Praedium welcomes questions and comments from visitors to this Site. If you email us or call us requesting that we contact you or provide you with additional information, we will use the User Information you provide to respond to your request. Under no circumstances should you send us confidential, proprietary, and/or nonpublic information through this Site. Any information sent to us through this Site will not be considered confidential or privileged.
Praedium does not share User Information with other companies, except for its affiliates and businesses that have been engaged by Praedium in connection with the performance of services, including without limitation, credit card payment processing, collections, returns management, manufacturing, storage, shipping, delivery, and fulfillment. User Information may also be used for Praedium’s own internal business purposes, including without limitation, to help diagnose problems with Praedium’s servers or for system administration.
Praedium may disclose User Information in any of the following circumstances: (1) in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order, or other legal process, or as may otherwise be required by applicable law or regulation; (2) to protect and defend Praedium’s rights or property or those of its affiliates or others; or (3) as Praedium, in its sole discretion, believe is appropriate under exigent circumstances in response to a perceived significant threat to the personal safety or property of any other person or organization.
In addition, since Praedium’s database is a business asset, in the event Praedium is reorganized or is sold to or merged with another company, you consent to the sale, assignment, or transfer of its User Information to a purchaser of all or substantially all of Praedium’s business assets, or to an affiliate, as appropriate.
Except as described above, Praedium will not disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide User Information to any other person or organization without your consent.
How do we Protect the Security of the User Information?

Praedium strives to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and currency of User Information and to protect the privacy and security of such. Although Praedium cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, Praedium tries to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.
